Python Data Manipulation: Processed and transformed data by reading CSV files, manipulating datasets, and exporting results to text files for streamlined analysis.

Data Visualization & Pandas: Analyzed and organized data by efficiently sorting, grouping, and calculating key metrics such as percentages within data frames. Developed visual data dashboards using Python and Tableau to analyze key trends.

Professional Summary

2018-2024 – Pursuing My BS Degree in Math: Tutored college math, TA’d college math courses, mentored students entering college, and participated in Data Analyst research in Science and Math.

2010-2017 – Career in Pretax Benefits Administration for Navia Benefit Solutions in Bellevue, WA, and PacificSource Administrators in Springfield, OR. I worked in several departments including Customer Service, Claims, Client Services, and Enrollment. I also worked very closely with our Billing, Sales, and Health Insurance teams to provide cross-functional service.

Responsibilities in Benefits Administration: Analyzed large-scale benefits data using data analysis techniques in Excel to identify trends. Ensured data confidentiality and accuracy while providing insights to plan participants and employers. Managed backend processes, including online enrollment setup, benefit card implementation, and new employer plan configurations.
